The firm presently has three partners:

CA. B. Narender Rao

CA. B.Narender Rao, aged about 58 Years, obtained the Certificate of Practice (COP) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on 12th February, 1988. Soon after obtaining membership, he started practising CA by establishing a sole proprietary firm. His expertise knowledge and subtle nature have earned him good reputation in a short span of time. He was past co-opted member of various committees ICAI like Board of Studies, Direct Tax Committee and Research Committee. The services offered by him range from Tax consultation to Strategic Planning. It is but natural that the firm grew from a sole proprietary concern to a partnership firm by name BNR Associates. The firm is constituted along with two other partners. Today his experience, which is more than 32 years, enables him to spearhead the firm's operations. His expertise knowledge varies in the fields of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Special Audits, Financial Management, Project Finance, Corporate Compliance's, Income Tax, GST, Service Tax, Customs and Excise and much more. The firm BNR Associates has its clients base in vast number of sectors of the economy. Sri.CA.B.Narender Rao also takes active participation with respect to Search, Seizure or Survey Settlement cases and also appears before the Assessing and Appellate Authorities. During the tenure of his practice, he has also headed many Statutory Bank Audits, Government Audits and other special audits.

CA. U. Ravi Kumar

CA. U.RAVI KUMAR is also one of the partners at BNR Associates. He is a Chartered Accountants and is having more than 22 years of experience in audit and other related professional services of Project Financing including liasioning with Financial Institutions and Banks for corporate and non-corporate project Financing Works. He has a good experience in Central Excise and Customs, International Taxation and other consultancy services in respect of ICAI Accounting Standards to be applied Mandatory in Corporate and Non Corporate Accounting Statements.

CA. M N V Girish Kumar

CA. M N V GIRISH KUMAR is one of the partners at BNR ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants. He has completed his article ship training with BNR Associates from 2014-17 and worked in BNR Associates for 2 year as Senior Associate (Audit and Taxation) under B Narender Rao (Founder of the Firm). Completed CA Final under New Syllabus with IND AS in August 2019.
After Qualifying CA, he has worked with a Pharma Company as an Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts and was the part of the team responsible for ERP implementation team. He has experience in the ERPs implementations like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Quick Books, etc. During his Articleship tenure and as a senior Associate with the firm he has gained experience in Internal, Concurrent and Statutory Audits of various Public Limited Companies, Private Limited Companies, Partnership Firms, Banks and various Insurance Companies, Non-Profit Organizations in Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations and in the Direct Tax field he gained experience in Tax Audit Reports and Income Tax Return Filings and Assessments.
